The design of the Liyang Marriott Hotel extracts the regional culture of Liyang, extracts the simple, pure, and peaceful atmosphere of the Jiangnan water town, and integrates contemporary artistic and cultural design techniques.

Entering the lobby, the mountains and waters of Jiangnan in China appear and disappear in the ripples. From the wooden square roof of the lobby to the metal grille screen and the wooden lattice window panel wall, the square elements of the Chinese Jiangnan garden architecture are continued. The Jiangnan courtyard lobby is constructed by dividing the environment with grids and borrowing scenery from windows. The bar counter under the metal cage lamp, the sofa under the metal mesh lamp, the water green leisure chairs, and modern comfortable furniture with a bias towards fake style, give guests the feeling of a different courtyard in Jiangnan in a modern city. Looking through the screen woven with bamboo and rattan, the light and shadow lingered lightly, as if returning to the ancient wooden window Huan in my hometown in Jiangnan, China.
